  1. Kami menyampaikan bahwa benar telah terjadi kecelakaan kerja di lokasi proyek PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry (Perusahaan) kemarin, 26 Juni 2023, di mana salah satu korban yang merupakan karyawan Perusahaan dinyatakan meninggal dunia setelah sempat mendapatkan pertolongan\/ perawatan.<\/li>
  2. Perusahaan menyampaikan bela sungkawa yang sedalam-dalamnya kepada keluarga korban. Sedangkan, korban lain yang juga terlibat dalam peristiwa tersebut telah mendapatkan perawatan intensif di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan terdekat.<\/li>
  3. Perusahaan mengutamakan penanganan korban dalam peristiwa tersebut dan telah melaksanakan pemenuhan hak-hak korban sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, di mana saat ini pendampingan bagi korban dan keluarga korban terus kami lakukan.<\/li>
  4. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, kami menyampaikan bahwa saat ini proses investigasi sedang dilakukan guna mengetahui penyebab utama peristiwa tersebut. Perusahaan telah menyampaikan laporan awal peristiwa tersebut ke instansi ketenagakerjaan terkait dan terus berkoordinasi dalam rangka penanganan peristiwa ini dengan pihak-pihak berkepentingan lainnya.<\/li>
  5. Perusahaan berkomitmen mengajak seluruh pihak di Perusahaan untuk terus memaksimalkan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) demi menjaga terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang optimal dan kondusif, sehingga peristiwa seperti ini tidak terulang kembali.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
